Promotion Terms

These rules cover every player claiming a promotion at New Westminster Casino. They are in force from the point you opt in until the offer is cleared, expires or is cancelled.

General Rules

Promotions add extra play. They are never guaranteed cash. Our Terms of Use also apply, and where the two conflict on a promotion, these rules take priority. Each promotion lists its own details: amount, eligible games, expiry and any caps. Read them first. Rewards earned through New Westminster Rewards follow these rules too.

Who Can Join

• Open to Canadian residents 19 and older, in regions where local law allows play.
• Holders of one verified account. KYC and geolocation checks come before any deposit.
• Players who are not using self-exclusion or taking a break from play. Those accounts receive no offers.

Offers are not available in every province. Where local rules restrict bonus promotion, an offer may not appear for you.

Maximum Conversion

Some promotions cap how much bonus winnings can become withdrawable cash. Any cap is listed in the promotion details. When wagering is complete, winnings above the cap are taken off. The welcome offer's full conditions sit in its terms below.

Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are for genuine play. We treat the following as abuse:

• opening extra accounts so that a single offer can be claimed repeatedly
• working with other players to complete wagering together
• betting patterns designed purely to clear wagering at minimal risk
• breaking any stake cap or game restriction attached to the offer

Where we detect abuse, the bonus is voided along with any winnings it produced. We may also close the account under our Terms of Use.

One Bonus at Once

One active bonus at a time. When it is cleared, expires or is cancelled, you can claim another offer.

Opting In

Every promotion is opt in. Pick the offer at the cashier when you deposit, or skip it and play with cash only. Want to cancel a bonus? Email help@newwestminstercasino.app. A cancelled bonus takes the bonus funds and any bonus winnings with it. Your cash balance stays untouched.

Expiry

The welcome offer gives you 90 days to complete wagering. When time runs out, any bonus and bonus winnings still unwagered are removed. Other promotions state their own expiry in their details.

Stake Cap

Bonus play can carry a cap on each bet or round. Where a cap applies, the promotion details state it. Bets above the cap can void the bonus and its winnings.

Wagering

Wagering sets how much you need to stake before bonus funds turn into cash. Welcome offer math: bonus plus its winnings, multiplied by 10. Hit that number.

Different game types contribute to the target at different rates. Slots, table games, video poker and live dealer games may each contribute differently. Every promotion states the rate for each game type and lists any games that are excluded. Winnings from free spins carry no wagering at all.

Changes

Promotions may be changed, suspended or ended for legal, technical or fairness reasons. Unless abuse is found, no change will reduce what you have already earned under an offer you opted into. Any revised rules appear on this page, dated.
